first.
ok now it's out of my system. welcome to my blog gamers. never kept a proper blog like this before so it's guaranteed to be shit. i might do weekly or daily depending on how interesting my time on earth has been lately. would definitely say there's been a lil pinch of flavor lately though.
yesterday one of the regulars at my store - he's a real sweet guy - he gave me 4 sweaters that he doesn't wear anymore cus they're too small and get this! they're brooks brothers! easily some of the nicest clothes i've ever owned. might update with pictures but idk we'll see. just know they're very nice sweaters and i like them a lot and i'm very grateful for them.
then, one of the guys who's big in the underground music scene came in to the store also. we are basically besties now (i'm kidding lol but he was really epic and cool def gonna talk to him more) and he invited me directly to a show he's hosting sunday evening. it's not all too far away either which is nice.
today i had work. it was pretty slow but there was a lot to process with trade-ins (i work at a retro games store). blah blah, complaining about boss man, yearning for new and better employment (perhaps a raise), etc. tonight i'm going to see rocky horror picture show for the second time with my partner. it's their first time though so i have to prompt them for a lot of what's gonna go on.

okay!! now that it's the end of the day i can finally talk a lil more lol. accidentally kept my partner out past their curfew (sorry babe) but over all they really liked rocky horror :] which makes me really happy cus it's a movie i love too. imo it's very artie-core (though in canon he would've died before he got the chance to see it in theaters).
speaking of my silly guys, i keep having thoughts about them (i'm very hyperfixated) and i imagine that sebastian owned an NES as a child since he was born in 1980. so currently i'm imagining him bringing a big cardboard box labeled "NINTENDO" in black magic marker to ted and artie's, and he has the biggest smile on his face telling them about it. and artie just smiles and nods and "that's great dear, that sounds so lovely sweetheart". while ted just doesn't see the appeal. then sebastian hooks it up and spends all night playing video games, only to pause for a break and pass out late into the night. so then artie thinking that sebastian is done with the tv and the console, he just shuts everything off for him (spoilers, sebastian was not done). so then when sebastian wakes up the next day he has a whole meltdown of "MUH PROGRESS". so i might make that into a comic at some point in the future, idk.
i should also maybe make that one thing i wrote available to read on the wiki, too. but i need to make a section for writings under there somewhere. to one person in particular - for you, i will format it properly and fix my oopsies.
